[S.O.A.D. - chick 'n' stu]

okay i guess

I would have liked to see a lot more time spent on the artwork aspect of this animation. It had it's up but the stick men killed it for me. Also the regugitation of similar animation during reprises was unappealing. The best parts were when you completly drew out SOAD band members but the lack of background lowered the score this could have gotten.

Nice artsy piece

It accuratly portrayed the lonlyness of the elderly that are put in homes. Really a fine flash to watch. I applaude you also for you choice in music, it adds to the effect.

Excellent Sprite Movie

That is exactly who you make a sprite movie good, i was very impressed. Nice use of audio and good job keeping the characters for getting too distorted on the close-ups.

Divisions are also cut off

Rules are also cut off.

Maybe if it displayed the link onscreen so someone can just type it in. The linker buttons aren't much help as it is now. Keep up the hard work.

I remember you saying you wanted to make a flash were OCP gets his ass kicked. Well played. I'll have to show it to his, i'm sure he'll get a kick out of it. You should go further with the violence though. Loller would be doing much more violent things to OCP if given the chance.

Needs a little work

1) Try optimizing the audio (ie change audio from Event=>Stream)

2) Animate you characters more

3) shorten the views of the car, they make this a really boring flash.

4) try to add a little more content as far as the characters go. They really didn't do much.

This was the first random flash i acutually sat through to the end. Although i don't care for most random animations this one was well intergrated and the series of events flowed well from one thing to the next. Good Job.

Even though this won't be read here's the review.

I liked the context of the rant. It had well deliverd punchlines and the Background characters complimented the overall effect of the rant well.

Thanks PJ for putting this out. I don't know what to do with all these LL forums. Negative is the glue that keeps the boat from sinking. Nice flash, it really captured the feeling we're all experiencing.

To optimize the audio, make sure its in mp3 form. Add the audio to the stage, and select "Stream". This will compress the audio ad make this flash around 300kb.

The animation should be focased on more, it was choppy. Also, the storyline was odd, i didn't follow it. Work on it a little more and it should pass just fine.
